Antec GX1200 Near Perfect Fan/Led Hub

The Antec GX1200 is a good gaming cabinet for middle-class users. The lack of a mount for 140 mm fans can disappoint few enthusiasts, but the cover supports radiators with a diameter of up to 360 mm at the front and radiators with a diameter of up to 240 mm at the top. Another disadvantage of the cover is the small number of hard drive bays, which are limited to two 3.5-inch hard drive bays and three 2.5-inch solid-state drive bays. Apart from these disadvantages, the only feature of the cover that allows you to control the fan speed and lighting modes is the “Magic Box” or the fan with LED lighting. A special button on the front of the I / O panel allows you to select seven colors of both fans, and the backlight on the bottom. In online stores and with a tight budget, you can definitely choose this cabinet in this price segment. If you are an enthusiast and are planning to develop a powerful platform, we recommend that you spend a little more and buy a Thermaltake Core V51 instead.

The GX1200 has a mesh top and a front panel. This ensures excellent air circulation throughout the housing. It can be installed in different sizes, which makes it suitable for future upgrades. The cover of the cabinet is hard, and the side walls do not bend too much. The front panel can be easily removed by taking it off from the bottom, previously loosening the grooves on the inside. The same applies to the top bar. There are no dust filters on one panel, you can only find one at the bottom of the cover, under the power supply. There are two audio and microphone ports on the front of the I/O panel, an LED control button, an on/off button and two USB 3.0 ports.
